When you submit a form, we process the name, company, phone number, email, product, NCM/HS code, notes and inquiry options you provide. The form also records the current page, page language, form source, referrer and UTM parameters in the URL so we can respond and measure inquiry entry points.
Inquiry forms currently use Web3Forms to transmit the information you choose to submit. Do not enter passwords, payment details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We use the information to answer inquiries, provide requested samples or demonstrations, protect the form from abuse and improve the inquiry flow. We retain it only as long as needed for those purposes, applicable obligations or dispute handling.
You may choose not to submit a form and contact hello@bratradedata.com instead. You may also use that address to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry-related personal information, subject to applicable law.
We will update this page and its date if our practices materially change. Before production operation, the responsible business owner must complete a compliance review against the actual operating entity, retention practice and applicable law.
